Azul! Salaam aleikum! I’m Soufiane, and this is Sahara Tours — my family. We’re a team of Amazigh (Berber) locals, born and raised in Rissani and Merzouga, right where Morocco runs into the Sahara. This isn’t a call centre; when you write to us, you’re talking to the people who’ll actually be with you on the road.
We grew up with the rhythm of desert life — the long drives between kasbahs, the names of the dunes, the way tea is poured high and slow for a guest. We started Sahara Tours to share that Morocco with you: the real one, run by the family who calls it home, not the version printed on a postcard.

We keep it simple. Three things matter to us on every trip:
Born in the desert. Our guides aren’t just trained — they’re from the Sahara. That’s what lets us keep you safe and show you the parts most visitors never find.
Your safety comes first. We’re a licensed, registered Moroccan tour operator. We travel in modern, air-conditioned 4x4s (think Toyota Land Cruiser) and comfortable vans built for both the highway and the desert tracks, and every group carries a GPS.
A friendly team. Between us we speak English, French, Spanish, Arabic and Amazigh — and we genuinely love sharing our home with you.
Fair, honest prices. Good value, and clear about what’s included. No hidden fees, ever.
We’re around. Before, during and after your trip you can reach us, day or night, so everything runs smoothly.

I’m Soufiane, and I started Sahara Tours. I grew up in a nomadic Amazigh family near the dunes of Merzouga, and I’ve spent more than ten years guiding people across every corner of Morocco. I built this company around one idea: run the kind of trips I’d want for my own family — honest, personal, and a real adventure. The desert is home, and sharing it is the part I love most.
Want to see the real Morocco? Have a look through our Morocco tours, or just send me a message and we’ll start planning. No rush — I’m on WhatsApp when you’re ready, and the tea’s on us when you arrive. — Soufiane & the team
